I installed the "sliine" keyboard to my phone, largely because it seemed amusing. Its big claim to fame is that you can post entire phrases with a single touch. The following paragraph wad composed entifly with this feagure:

Yes, "duuuuude" is a built-in phrase. I had to install the "Gandhi" add-in to get "namaste". #notevenkidding

I can see "( long click to edit )" being at least as handy.

It turns out that the iPhone as shipped has "namaste" in its dictionary, which isn't remotely surprising.

Reminds me of when an infant **FIXME sent his first text from my (old) phone, unsupervised. He got at the autotext menu and wrote "Please call me. Please call me. Please call me." and a few other bits, then sent it. Luckily, I'd found it too easy myself to send texts accidentally to the first address in the book so he only managed to send to "Aaron A Aardvark".

I will now doubt the sincerity of any text I receive from you, in case it was handcrafted by robots.

Interesting...
Stuart tried Evernote's voice-to-text feature the other day... According to that his nose was bisexual.

Oh, probably over-zealous friends list pruning or something. Anyway, I don't remember falling out with you so have added you back too.

I take it you've heard my news about Leamington?
